Decipher through our various plans and packages
and decide which one fits your need or future needs. Upon purchase you will
receive a detailed PDF include the floor plan with all the measurements,
a design package noting recommended materials and fixtures, as well
as 3D exterior and interior visualizations to guide your design to your facilitated email.
Once you have purchased your design and would like to move forward with customizable
architectural services, we will turn you over to our in house architect to draft your full
build plans including but not limited to: site plans (survey should be provided),
foundation and framing plans, electrical and plumbing plans, as well as elevations and
roofing plans. The architect will allow 2-3 revisions before finalizing your plans. Please
note full payment will be required prior to the first revision. An additional $65 will be
required (per revision) after the third revision. Please note major customizations to plans
may be limited or unfeasible depending on your needs or your lot.
