Decipher through our various plans and packages
and decide which one fits your present or future needs. Upon purchase you will
receive a detailed PDF including the floor plan with all the measurements, captivating 3D
exterior and interior renders, front and rear elevations, and a virtual walkthrough link,
directly to your provided email.
Once you have purchased your design package and would like to move forward with
architectural services, we will turn you over to our in house architect to draft your
full build plans including but not limited to: foundation and framing plans, electrical and
plumbing plans, door and window schedules, site plans, as well as elevations and
roofing plans. Our architect fees are .60/sq ft. The architect will allow 2-3 revisions at no
cost before finalizing your plans. Please note a deposit will be required after our initial
consultation, full payment will be required after plans are delivered & prior to the
first revision. An additional $100 will be required (per revision) following the third
revision. Please note extensive structural changes are limited - but minor modifications
to finishes and layout are welcome.

Our development team can help bring your project to life by assisting with land acquisition, budget planning, bid takeoffs, sourcing materials, and assigning contractors for each stage.
